Clearing the path: a career progression framework for individual growth

There’s no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to one’s career journey. This workshop will give you a framework to refactor and/or develop your data career path, from data engineers to business analysts, individual contributors to managers. We’ll outline a structure for unique career path development. This workshop will benefit individual contributors who work for rapidly growing companies and want help managing up, and managers who want to further their career while also building career paths for their teams!
