Coalesce New Orleans will take place the 17th-21st of October. The conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency located at 601 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana, United States, 70113.

Coalesce Online+ London will take place on Thursday, the 20th of October. More details about the location will be announced soon.

Coalesce Online+ Sydney will take place on Friday, the 21st of October. More details about the location will be announced soon.

There will be an opportunity for people new to dbt to get live instructor-led training on days 1 and 2. This would be ~3 hours and would be similar to dbt Fundamentals but with the added touch of in-person instruction and hosted infrastructure. Beginners will have the chance to learn dbt in a half-day course format.

We will also offer various workshops that registrants can select. These will be led by instructors and analytics engineers from dbt Labs and our training partners. Information about specific sessions coming soon as we finalize our schedule.

We will be offering in person proctored sessions to take the first official dbt certification exam! This is still under development at the moment. Registrants can expect to be given direction for the topics covered on the exam, where to learn those topics in the months leading up to Coalesce, and a specific time to take the exam in New Orleans. More details coming soon as we continue exam development.

Day one will kick off the week with training opportunities, dbt certification, a hackathon, Partner Day, and a welcome event.

Days two through four are full programming days with keynotes, dbt certification, talks, workshops, panels and more. Every evening will include networking activities on-site or in the city.

Day two will be the last day that attendees can receive dbt training. The evening of day 2 is when the official opening celebration will take place.

The closing party will take place on the evening of day four.

Day five will be a wind-down day. There will be a self-care brunch and opportunities for you to share feedback about the event. If you’re planning on spending the night (or weekend) in New Orleans, we’ll share a few ideas for activities you can participate in.

Each Online+ event will include an executive keynote, networking breaks, a panel, 2-3 technical sessions, and a post-event networking session.

Participants in the dbt Labs partnership program are invited to a partner-only event on Monday, the 17th of October. Details about programming will be provided soon.

Hotel rates at our host hotel (Hyatt Regency) have been negotiated at $219 to $304 per night + tax, dependent upon room type. A direct booking link will be included in your confirmation email once registration is complete.
