In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the combined power of Snowflake’s Data Cloud and dbt. We’ll take raw data housed in Snowflake and transform it using some of dbt's most powerful features to produce a consumable model ready for visualization. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a fully functional dbt project with testing and documentation, dedicated development and production environments, and experience with Snowflake and dbt’s git workflow.

This session is open to all levels of expertise and will focus on foundational concepts in both Snowflake and dbt. In the interest of time, attendees should create a free Snowflake trial account prior to the workshop. You can create a trial account at: https://signup.snowflake.com/. During the workshop, we'll also create a dbt Cloud account using Snowflake's Partner Connect feature.
