Kate has spent her career building data teams and products at organizations ranging from startups (like LOCATE Inventory, acquired by Xero in 2021) to enterprise organizations, in e-commerce, athletics, and more. She believes that any good data person needs the right combination of a keen eye and a trustworthy gut instinct. Away from the data world, Kate loves spending time in the outdoors, particularly in Moab, UT, where she can be found mountain biking, driving their 4x4 off-road, or hiking with her husband and dog. Kate is also a cyborg, having been the recipient of a cochlear implant in 2018.
